Terms and Conditions

A place in the class will be reserved just for you. 

I understand that my Credit Card will be charged a fee of $50.00 if I do not cancel within 5 days of the scheduled course and will be charged the full amount if I do not cancel within 48 hours of the course. All cancellations will incur a minimal service fee of $15.00 and the processing time for refunds is 7-10 business days.

○ I understand no refunds are permitted for “no show” or cancellations on the day of the course.

○ I understand no refund is provided for failure or incompletion of a course.

○ I understand  that completion of the AHA BLS online course must be completed within 60 days of the scheduled skills check off. (provide completion certificate) – not applicable for ENA courses

○ I understand a current AHA Provider manual is required to attend all classes (E-book is acceptable). ENA Provider manual required for all ENA courses.

○ I understand completion of the AHA ACLS or PALS pretest must be completed prior to attending a scheduled course with a minimum passing score of 70% (provide printed score sheet). Applicable pre-course work required for all ENA courses.

Closing Location

Please be advised that effective April 1, 2024, we will be reducing the availability of our live AHA classes. Although we will only schedule 2-4 classes per month, we do have the ability to add classes upon request for groups of 3 or more students as needed. If you are unable to find a class to fit your schedule, please send an email and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We continue to offer our virtual EKG and ENA courses and are also available for  "off-site" classes at your location of choice.
